About Cloud & Network Services
Cloud and Network Services is a leading Nokia business group that offers Network solutions on Core, Business and Enterprise segments, as well as Cloud solutions and Cognitive Services. It is a newly formed business group, that includes most of the former Nokia Software business, Nokia\xe2\x80\x99s enterprise solutions, core network solutions including both voice and packet core, and managed and advanced services from its former Global Services unit. This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers. Cloud and Network Services (CNS) will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation.

The Digital Trust team is looking for strong software engineers to join our growing team. This developer / scrum master role will drive development in the Endpoint Security product which is a pivotal technology in the security story for telecom service providers around the world. Cloud technologies in 5G networks figure prominently in this work area.
Key Responsibilities / Functions:

• Operation and deployment of security solutions; requiring knowledge in multiple technical areas, i.e. security, cloud, networking domains
• Running through fundamental steps in a software development process.

• Practice through a solid understanding of Agile / Scrum and running Sprints
• High involvement with the development team, working with Jira and Stand-ups
• Able to work with S/W team (architect, developers and I&V) to develop a work breakdown
• Able to execute the process and ensure team follows process
• Able to closely track progress

• Able to communicate unforeseen delays early
• Able to control and mitigate changes in the release plan
• Understand market needs and develop solutions based on these needs.
• Be the trusted partner of Nokia\xc2\xb4s customers and security professionals in the security area.
• Keep up to date knowledge on latest local and worldwide technology standards, rules and regulations, as well as to keep a track on newest technology trends to act as trustworthy presenter and experience knowledge transfer advisor and to customers and broader audience.

Required Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)

• Bachelor\xc2\xb4s degree or equivalent experience required, Candidates with degree in a technical field (CS, EE, etc.) will be more relevant
• At least 7 years of experience in the below qualifications
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms

• Solid software development experience in one or more object-oriented programming languages
• Demonstrable skill in two or more programming languages
• Microservices & cloud native fundamentals
• Device level protocol experience
• Dynamic modelling and runtime execution experience

• Strong ability to learn new concepts and technology
• Demonstrated ability to convert ambiguous requirements into an effective solution
• Strong interest in security tools and techniques
• Creative and problem-solving mind-set
• Sound understanding of operator- and cloud-technology.

• Solid presentation skills. Ability to engage the hands-on technical experts.
• Strong customer focus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal/team skills
• Experience using Linux and Windows Desired Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Java and Java APIs
• Fluent in oral and written English.
