Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager - Retail Relations
Technical & Functional Skills
Retail operations management in a shopping centre / lifestyle centre environment
Contract management & coordination with legal teams
Tenant relations & leasing coordination (move-in/move-out, fit-outs)
Compliance management (fit-out guidelines, statutory compliance, fire & safety audits)
Store performance analysis (sales, trading density, category performance)
Marketing coordination for category promotions & low-performing brands
Event setup coordination as per brand/design guidelines
Collections follow-up (rents, outstanding invoices, vouchers)
MIS & reporting (TD report, sales analysis, competitor benchmarking)
Database management (retailer contact info, issue tracking)
Soft Skills
Strong communication & interpersonal skills for tenant liaison
Attention to detail & organizational skills
Problem-solving & conflict resolution abilities
Time management & ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Relationship building with tenants, retailers, and internal teams
Customer service orientation
Proactive, with strong initiative and work ethic
Tools / Systems (Preferred)
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - strong reporting & analysis capability
CRM or retail management software (if any used by the company)
Educational Background
MBA (Hospitality / Marketing / Retail Management) or equivalent
3-5 years' experience in retail community/shopping centre operations
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
