Role Overview



You will identify, engage, and close B2B customers (manufacturers, distributors, brands) for our software solutions--ERP modules, Loyalty Management, and WhatsApp Business API integrations.

Key Responsibilities



Prospect and generate leads via research, cold calling, LinkedIn, directories, and referrals Meeting with Key Decision Makers of the companies. Qualify prospects, understand use-cases, and map solutions (ERP/LMS/WhatsApp API) Schedule and run product demos (virtual & in-person) with decision-makers Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and

close deals

Maintain CRM with call logs, follow-ups, meetings, and pipeline stages Coordinate with pre-sales/tech for PoCs, onboarding, and smooth handover Achieve monthly targets for demos, proposals, and revenue

Ideal Candidate



1-3 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS/IT/ERP/CRM preferred) Comfortable with outbound calling and field meetings across NCR Strong communication in

English & Hindi

; persuasive and consultative selling style Working knowledge of WhatsApp Business API / CRM / ERP is a plus Self-driven, target-oriented, and organized; basic MS Office/Google Workspace skills

KPIs



Daily outbound calls & qualified meetings set Weekly demos conducted and proposals sent Pipeline value & win rate; monthly revenue closed
