Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated male freshers to undergo training in our production department. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in pharmacy, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Operations: Assist in production operations, including manufacturing, packaging, and labeling.

2. Machine Operation: Operate production machinery, including tablet presses, capsule filling machines, and packaging equipment.

3. Quality Control: Assist in quality control activities, including in-process inspection and testing.

4. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of production activities.

5. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

6. Training and Development: Undergo training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

1. Education: B.Pharm/M.Pharm / B.Sc Chemistry/ M. Sc Chemistry from a recognized university.

2. Experience: Freshers

3. Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work in a team environment.

4. Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

4. Location: Preferably from Orissa/West Bengal.
