Make regular calls to potential and existing customers to generate interest in our agri-based products and services.
Follow up with customers on inquiries, orders, and issues, ensuring timely responses and satisfaction.
Identify customer needs and promote complementary products and services to enhance sales.
Collect and document customer details, manage leads, and input relevant information into the CRM system.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
Accurately record customer information, call summaries, and sales opportunities.
Hindi and Punjabi speaking candidate preferred.
Male candidate would be preferable.
