: Tele caller (JGI, Zinga, Torcup) - Badlapur Position: Tele caller Location: Khar (w) Mumbai, Maharashtra Industry: Heavy Fabrication, Industrial Coatings, and Torque Tools Company: JGI (Heavy Fabrication), Zinga (Film Galvanizing), Torcup (Torque Wrenches) ?--------------------------------------------------- Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Cold Calling & Lead Generation o Call potential customers from target industries (construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, oil & gas, power, defense, etc.). o Generate leads for JGI's fabrication services, Zinga's galvanizing solutions, and Torcup's bolting tools. o Maintain a daily call log and follow up on inquiries. 2. Customer Engagement & Follow-ups o Explain product benefits, pricing, and applications to customers. o Understand customer requirements and suggest the right solutions. o Follow up on previous calls to nurture potential leads into sales. 3. Database Management & Reporting o Maintain and update the customer database with accurate details. o Prepare reports on calls made, responses received, and leads converted. 4. Coordination with Sales Team o Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with potential clients. o Provide support in coordinating online and offline marketing campaigns. 5.
