Job Title: Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven male Sales Manager to lead a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs), drive regional sales growth, and ensure smooth coordination with the corporate office. This role requires a balance of field supervision and in-house planning, making it ideal for someone who thrives in both leadership and hands-on sales operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Field Supervision
Manage and mentor a team of 3 Area Sales Managers.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor ASM performance and ensure target achievement.
Provide guidance, performance feedback, and corrective measures to enhance team productivity.
Sales & Business Growth
Oversee and track sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Corporate Coordination
Coordinate with the corporate team on sales planning, strategy execution, and reporting.
Share market insights, competitor updates, and sales performance reports regularly.
1-3years of experience in sales management.
Proven experience in handling field teams (ASMs/Sales Executives).
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Ernakulam and nearby areas.
