Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing personalized jewelry recommendations.
Travel to workshops to monitor orders, communicate specifications, and maintain quality standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and artisans.
Provide information on product features, pricing, and craftsmanship.
Ensure the showroom and product displays are well-organized and visually appealing.
Address customer queries and concerns with professionalism.
Assist with billing and basic documentation as needed.
Meet sales targets through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
Valid driving license
(mandatory) and willingness to travel as required.
Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and vendors.
Well-groomed and presentable appearance.
