Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable jewellery pieces. Explain product details, quality, pricing, and offers confidently. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance. Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and product arrangement. Handle billing, packaging, and after-sales service courteously. Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat visits. Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Skills & Qualities:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and strong customer-handling ability. Good sense of style and product presentation. Basic computer knowledge (billing system preferred). Willingness to learn and grow in a retail environment.
