Key Responsibilities
Safety & Security:
Ensure the safety and security of all male residents and the hostel property.
Discipline:
Enforce hostel protocols and maintain a disciplined environment.
Student Welfare:
Act as a point of contact for student grievances and resolve issues in a supportive manner.
Facility Management:
Supervise the cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the building and mess facilities.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of attendance, visitor logs, and student leave applications.
Emergency Availability:
Must reside on campus and be available for emergencies, particularly during night hours.
Skills Required
Strong leadership and authoritative yet approachable communication.
Ability to handle student conflicts with patience and tact.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
Proactive, responsible, and physically fit to manage campus rounds.
