Job Title: Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
Job Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, handling calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a polite and professional manner
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Manage the reception area and maintain a neat, presentable front desk
Receive, sort, and distribute couriers, parcels, and mails
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
Coordinate with internal departments for meetings and appointments
Handle office stationery and maintain stock records
Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance
Support HR and Admin teams with attendance, coordination, and office activities
Ensure proper communication flow within the office
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or equivalent qualification
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Presentable personality with a professional attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly
Experience:
0-3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive (freshers may apply)
