We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional
Receptionist
to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff (if applicable)
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Monitor and order office supplies as needed
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization
Follow security procedures for visitors and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus)
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Customer service attitude and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, phone systems)
Familiarity with scheduling and calendar management tools
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
