to manage the front desk of our gym in Bharalumukh, Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Welcome and greet members/visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage front desk operations: member check-ins, registrations, renewals, and payments.
Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide accurate information about gym services.
Maintain attendance records and update member details in the system/register.
Assist management and trainers with coordination of daily operations.
Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area.
Address and resolve basic customer concerns or escalate to management when required.
Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting.
Requirements
Male candidate preferred.
Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (HS) / Graduate.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Assamese.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
Presentable, punctual, and customer-focused.
Previous experience in reception, front desk, or customer service will be an added advantage.
Willing to work in flexible shifts.
