Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily property operations, maintenance requests, and service schedules
Act as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding queries, complaints, and service requests
Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers; obtain quotes and track work completion
Conduct property inspections and report maintenance or compliance issues
Assist with lease administration, renewals, and tenant onboarding/offboarding
Maintain accurate property records, contracts, and documentation
Support rent collection follow-ups and coordinate with accounts/finance teams
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies
Prepare reports on property performance, maintenance status, and occupancy
Support property managers with administrative and operational tasks as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any degree, Should have experience in Real Estate
2-3 years of experience in property management, real estate, or facilities coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
Ability to multitask and work independently
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of local property laws and regulations
Experience handling residential or commercial portfolios
Vendor management and negotiation experience
