1-3 years (Payroll / HR Operations)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement Maintain and update employee records in payroll software Handle PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance Coordinate with HR and finance for F&F, tax deductions, and reimbursements Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce/HR/Finance or related field 1-3 years of experience in payroll handling (preferred) Proficiency in MS Excel & payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Zoho, etc.) Strong attention to detail and confidentiality Good communication and coordination skills
