Oversee daily operations, ensure a tidy office, and manage office equipment maintenance.
Administrative Support:
Handle correspondence (email, phone, mail), manage calendars, and arrange travel.
Inventory & Supplies:
Monitor, order, and restock office and breakroom supplies.
Facility Management:
Coordinate with vendors and building management for repairs or facilities issues.
Visitor Management:
Greet visitors, clients, and vendors, providing a professional first impression.
Documentation:
Maintain filing systems, records, and assist with invoices.
Internal Communication:
Facilitate information flow between departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as an Office Coordinator, Office Assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in office administration is a plus.
