Job Summary

The Male Nurse will be responsible for providing quality nursing care, assisting doctors, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. The role includes clinical support, emergency handling, documentation, and adherence to hospital or industrial health protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to patients as per doctors' instructions and nursing protocols Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, SPO2, etc.) Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and minor procedures Administer injections, IV fluids, medications, and first aid as prescribed Handle emergency situations and provide immediate medical assistance Maintain patient records, nursing notes, and treatment charts accurately Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards are followed Support patient mobility, dressing, and basic care when required Coordinate with doctors, admin staff, and other healthcare professionals In industrial settings: Conduct basic health check-ups Handle workplace injuries and first aid Maintain medical room and medicine stock Assist in health awareness and safety programs

Required Qualifications

GNM / ANM (Mandatory) Valid Nursing Council Registration Male candidates preferred (as per role requirement)

Experience

Freshers or candidates with

1-3 years

of experience can apply Experience in hospital, clinic, or industrial nursing will be an advantage

Skills & Competencies

Sound clinical and nursing knowledge Ability to handle emergencies calmly Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge for documentation Physically fit and willing to work in shifts Ethical, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
