Job Description

A Male Nurse in a field sales role would combine their clinical expertise with sales and business development skills. They would be responsible for promoting and selling medical products or services to healthcare professionals, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets within a specific territory. This role often involves travel to meet clients in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Identify and target potential clients (doctors, nurses, pharmacists, hospitals, etc.). Present and demonstrate medical products or services, highlighting their benefits and features. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business. Research competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.

Clinical Expertise:

Utilize clinical knowledge and experience to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Provide technical support and training to customers on the use of products. Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and product information.

Communication and Relationship Building:

Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to explain product features and benefits. Build trust and rapport with clients to establish long-term partnerships. Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions.
Qualifications:

Valid nursing license. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred). Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (preferred). Strong sales and business development skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel within a specific territory.
