To lead the Human Resources function for the retail organization by developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, enhancing employee experience, and driving organizational performance across all retail outlets and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and retail expansion plans.
Drive organization design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for both frontline (store staff) and backend (corporate) roles.
Implement mass hiring strategies and build a strong talent pipeline for store operations.
Collaborate with operations for manpower forecasting and optimization.
3. Performance Management
Lead the design and execution of PMS (Performance Management System) for all levels.
Define KRAs, KPIs, and manage appraisal cycles with fairness and transparency.
Identify high performers and chart career growth/retention plans.
4. Learning & Development
Establish L&D programs focused on sales training, customer service, product knowledge, and leadership development.
Ensure regular training interventions at store and corporate levels.
5. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Drive engagement initiatives to foster motivation, retention, and productivity.
Build a culture of accountability, recognition, and customer-centricity.
6. Compliance, Policies & IR
Ensure compliance with all labor laws (Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, etc.).
Draft, review, and update HR policies in line with industry best practices.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and statutory audits.
7. Compensation & Benefits
Oversee compensation benchmarking and benefits structuring.
Monitor payroll administration and incentive schemes linked to performance.
8. HR Operations & Automation
Ensure smooth HR operations including onboarding, exit management, and HRMS usage.
Leverage technology to digitize and streamline HR processes (attendance, leave, MIS).
Key Requirements:
Education:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent from a reputed institute.
Experience:
Retail HR experience is a must (multi-location / high-volume preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Exposure to frontline workforce management, engagement, and compliance.
Proficient in HR tech platforms, Excel, and MIS reporting.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
