who is responsible for overseeing and executing all HR functions at the plant/organization level in alignment with manufacturing operations. The role focuses on workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, performance management, training & development, and fostering a safe, efficient, and motivated work environment.
Roles and Responsibility:
The HR Manager partners closely with production, quality, maintenance, and safety teams to ensure smooth functioning of the plant.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff, technicians, engineers, operators, and contract labor.
Build relationships with technical institutes and skill development centers for hiring.
Manage onboarding, induction, and placement of new employees.
HR Operations & Administration
Oversee time office, attendance, shift scheduling, contract labor management, and payroll coordination.
Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS, and statutory documentation.
Manage employee exits, full & final settlement, and handover processes
Ensure compliance with
labor laws and company HR policies
Assist in audits and statutory documentation
People development, Culture management
Proficiency in
MS Excel, HRMS, and attendance systems
Qualification and Experience:
3+ years of Experience
Retail/Wholesale Electronics industry experience good to have
