Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a positive attitude.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls professionally.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
Requirements:
Education:
Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in front office, receptionist, or customer service roles.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, professional appearance, basic computer knowledge (MS Office), and strong organizational skills.
Language:
Proficiency in English and local language preferred.
