Job Summary:

We are seeking a

responsible and disciplined Male Hostel Warden

to oversee the

well-being, discipline, and security

of male students residing in the school hostel. The warden will serve as a

mentor and guide

, ensuring a safe and structured living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the

daily routine

of male hostel students, ensuring adherence to hostel rules. Monitor student

behavior, discipline, and academic progress

. Conduct

regular inspections

to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper hostel maintenance. Act as a

mentor and counselor

, addressing student concerns with empathy and guidance. Maintain

strict security protocols

to ensure student safety. Collaborate with teachers and school staff to address

student behavioral issues

. Handle

medical emergencies

, coordinating with the school infirmary and parents. Organize

recreational and wellness activities

to foster a positive hostel environment. Assist in

conflict resolution

and promote a culture of respect and cooperation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Degree/Diploma in

Education, Psychology, or Social Work

preferred). Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in a similar role, preferably in a

boys' residential school

. Strong

disciplinary and leadership

skills. Approachable and

empathetic personality

to mentor students. Excellent

communication and problem-solving skills

. Ability to

handle emergencies and maintain order

.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to

stay on campus

and be available for students 24/7. Ability to

work flexible hours

, including nights and weekends. Adaptability to a

residential school setting
