Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle patient registration, admission, and discharge procedures.
Manage appointments -- schedule, confirm, and update as needed.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate hospital departments or staff.
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of personal information.
Provide information about hospital services, visiting hours, and procedures.
Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and issue receipts when required.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for patient flow and communication.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Respond calmly and effectively during emergencies or high-pressure situations.
Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, typing, and data entry.
