We are seeking skilled and dynamic male advocates with 1 to 5 years of experience in handling a diverse range of legal matters. The ideal candidates should possess a solid foundation in both civil and criminal cases and demonstrate proficiency in drafting legal documents and pleadings.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft legal documents including petitions, plaints, written statements, appeals, and contracts. Handle and represent clients in civil litigation, including property disputes, recovery suits, and family matters. Manage and represent clients in criminal cases including bail applications, defense, and cross-examination. Attend client meetings and provide strategic legal advice. Appear before various courts, tribunals, and other authorities. Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.

Required Skills:

Strong drafting and pleading skills. Sound knowledge of civil and criminal law. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong research and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

LLB degree from a recognized university. Enrolled with the Bar Council. AIBE Completed

Salary:

Commensurate with experience and performance.
