Roles & Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and creating a positive office atmosphere
Answering the phone, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective offices
Organizing and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary
Prepare, submit, and follow up on the necessary documentation for customs clearance
Ensure timely submission of all import/export documentation to avoid delays or penalties.
Coordinate with customs officers for timely clearance of goods.
Handle duties, taxes, and fees as per government rules.
Creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheets
Talk to shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters.
Keep clients informed about the status of their shipments.
Inward & Outward Couriers receiving & updating
Have Knowledge of Documents Recognitions.
