Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

Maintain and update financial records for stocks Prepare

daily, weekly, and monthly

financial reports on sales, purchases, and stock movement. Record

supplier invoices, payments, and customer receipts

in accounting software. Ensure proper

GST and tax compliance

for all transactions.

2. Purchase & Sales Accounting

Keep track of

raw material and finished product purchases

, ensuring accurate rates and quantities. Maintain records of

customer sales, quotations, and pricing approvals

. Reconcile

purchase orders (POs) and invoices

from suppliers.

3. Accounts Payable & Receivable

Monitor

outstanding payments

from customers and follow up for timely collection. Process supplier/vendor payments and maintain

credit/debit notes

. Reconcile

bank statements

with ledger accounts.

4. Inventory & Cost Control

Maintain

stock records

. Ensure cost-effective purchasing and

stock valuation

. Conduct

periodic stock audits

to verify inventory levels.

5. Taxation & Compliance

Ensure timely filing of

GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements

. Assist in

audits and financial statement preparations

.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
