Salary Details

CTC: ₹17,290 (Includes PF + PT + ESIC) In-hand: ₹13,500 + Attractive Incentives Optional (Without PF & ESIC): ₹13,000 In-hand

Roles and Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and explain personal loan products. Generate qualified leads and maintain an active sales pipeline. Identify customer needs and provide suitable financial solutions. Maintain accurate call records, lead data, and follow-up status. Meet daily and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for long-term engagement. Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth process flow. Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Fluency in Malayalam and basic English communication skills. Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Good interpersonal and convincing abilities. Freshers can apply; telesales or loan sales experience preferred.
