Job Description

Age limit:20 to 30.

Handle customer inquiries:

Answer inbound calls from customers to address their questions, resolve complaints, and provide information about products or services.

Perform outbound calls:

Make calls to prospective customers to generate leads, promote products/services, and nurture client relationships.

Provide customer support:

Troubleshoot problems and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Maintain records:

Use CRM software to log customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

Meet targets:

Achieve goals for customer satisfaction, lead generation, and sales conversions.
