We are hiring

Malayalam Trainers

for an

outbound sales process

in

Health Insurance (Star Health)

. The role involves training, onboarding, and performance coaching of sales agents

Key Responsibilities

Deliver product, pitch, and sales process training Handle new joiner onboarding & refresher training Conduct call calibrations and performance coaching Ensure compliance and outbound sales quality standards

Mandatory Eligibility (Read Carefully)

Malayalam:

Native / fluent (spoken & comprehension)

Trainer Experience:

Minimum

6 months as Trainer

(SME / TL experience not considered)

Process:

Outbound sales (Health Insurance preferred - Star Health)

Education:

HSC / Graduate

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
