Develop lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments for various grade levels.
Teach reading, writing, grammar, literature, and communication skills in Malayalam.
Use interactive teaching methods to engage students and enhance language proficiency.
Conduct formative and summative assessments, evaluate student progress, and maintain records.
Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
Establish positive relationships with students to promote learning and growth.
Qualifications & Skills
Master's /Bachelor's degree in Malayalam / Malayalam Literature.
B.Ed. in Malayalam
Strong proficiency in Malayalam language and literature.
Good communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to use technology for teaching (smart boards, online tools).
Passion for teaching and continuous learning.
Patience, creativity, and student-centric approach.
Minimum 2-4 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school
