Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching and Academic Delivery

Create and prepare innovative lesson plans and deliver lessons. Teach grammar, prose, poetry, and functional Malayalam to students across different levels. Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and exams to evaluate student progress. Provide constructive feedback to students to improve their language skills.
2. Cultural and Literary Promotion

Promote the Malayalam language and Kerala's cultural traditions through storytelling, folklore, and historical lessons. Celebrate important cultural events like Onam, Vishu, and Kerala Piravi through special programs and competitions
. 3. Administrative Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance. Prepare question papers, evaluate answer scripts and document results. Participate in parent-teacher meetings and discuss student progress and improvement areas.
4. Extracurricular Activities

Organize Malayalam competitions like recitation, storytelling etc
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹98,000.00 per month
