Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Malayalam.

Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

Work closely with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved and confirm their satisfaction.

Provide product and service information to customers.

QUALIFICATIONS



Fluency in Malayalam and proficiency in English.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills.
