As a Makhana Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of machines used in the processing of fox nuts (makhana). The role includes overseeing the roasting, puffing, dehusking, grading, and packaging processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor makhana processing machinery. Set machine parameters according to the required specifications temperature, speed, pressure, etc.. Load raw makhana into machines and ensure smooth operation throughout the batch. Conduct routine checks and quality control of processed products. Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment. Clean and sanitize machines and work area regularly. Follow all safety and hygiene protocols strictly.

Desirable Skills:

Experience in operating makhana machines. Familiarity with quality standards. Ability to work independently.

Salary:

18,000 -
25,000 per month (based on experience)
