Roles and ResponsibilitiesAs a trainer you are required to teach the students on various latest Makeup looks and trends, using theory and practical sessions.You will be responsible to conduct examinationsYou will have to create new looks and to innovate new concepts and ideas of make upYou to maintain discipline and decorum in classrooms as well as in AcademyYou should have experience in teaching Makeup.You should be soft-spoken and must have excellent teaching skills.You should have knowledge of different tools, techniques and machines.Should be comfortable in managing the class and handling the doubts and queries of .Well versed with all the practical & theoretical concepts of Makeup.Must be willing to work on results not on hours.Must have expertise in teaching make-up skills to any age group.Desired Candidate ProfileFour plus years of work experience as a Makeup TrainerOutstanding organizational and time management skillsFamiliarity with different make techniques like HD, Air Brush etc. Excellent verbal and written communications skillsDiscretion and confidentialityHigh School degreePA diploma or certification is a plus
