Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, highly professional, and dedicated

Makeup Artist & Hair Stylist

to join our team. We are looking for someone with exceptional artistry for client bookings and providing expert, high-quality education and mentorship to our students.

Key Responsibilities

1. Professional Artistry & Production Support

Client Bookings:

Act as the primary assistant to Dhvani Ma'am on high-value projects, including

Inhouse shoots

,

bridal bookings, fashion editorials, Fashion shows and commercial shoots

.

Kit Management:

Ensure all professional kits and studio setups are perfectly organized, sanitary, and stocked before, during, and after sessions.

Content Creation:

Occasionally assist with the development of high-quality visual content (e.g., demo looks, video tutorials) for the Academy's social media and marketing channels.
2. Lead Educator & Student Support

Lecture Delivery:

Conduct engaging and detailed theoretical and practical sessions on advanced

Makeup and Hair Artistry

for enrolled students.

Curriculum Development:

Create high-quality, professional training materials, including

PowerPoint presentations, step-by-step guides, and engaging written content

for various modules.

Practical Training:

Actively circulate during student practice sessions, providing hands-on, constructive feedback and one-on-one mentorship to ensure technical mastery and speed development.

Query Resolution:

Be the first point of contact for all student queries related to techniques, products, and practice challenges.
3. Business & Event Support (As Required)

Event Participation:

Provide full makeup and hair support for Academy participation in

fashion shows, industry events, and student graduation ceremonies

.

Office & Logistical Support:

Assist the entire office team with general support tasks, product inventory management, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Academy premises.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain and update product knowledge, assist in recommending appropriate products, and organize the Academy's makeup inventory.
Work Schedule

Time:

10:30 AM - 6:30 PM Monday to Saturday.
Qualifications & Skills

Essential

Proven ability to execute a wide range of looks, from high-end bridal and traditional Indian looks to sophisticated western/editorial styles. Exceptional

communication and presentation skills

with fluency in Hindi and English Proficiency in creating clean, visually engaging presentations (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
Desirable

Previous experience as an

educator, trainer, or mentor

in a professional setting. A strong, existing portfolio showcasing bridal and fashion work. Familiarity with the latest social media trends and content formats.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
