Job descriptions Conducting classes: As a Makeup Faculty, you will be responsible for planning and conducting makeup classes for students. This includes conducting theory and Practical Classes by following the lesson plans and guidelines provided by Lakme, Conducting workshops, and attending promotional events and orientation programmes. Teaching makeup techniques: You will teach students various makeup techniques, and teach them about makeup products, equipment, tools, and hygiene. Evaluating student performance: You will assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and achieve their goals. Providing guidance and support: You will provide guidance and support to students, answering their questions and addressing their concerns. You will also provide career advice and help students prepare for job interviews. Maintaining a positive learning environment: You will create a positive learning environment that promotes creativity, collaboration, and respect for diversity. You will ensure that the classroom is safe, clean, and well-organized. Staying up-to-date with industry trends: You will keep yourself updated with the latest makeup trends, products, and techniques. Collaborating with colleagues: You will work collaboratively with other makeup faculty, administrative staff, and professionals to provide a high-quality learning experience for students. Eligibility : A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a professional makeup artist is typically required. Previous teaching experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
