Job Description

Plan and create engaging beauty content (reels, tutorials, before-after looks, product reviews) for social media. Maintain the brand's visual presentation and ensure aesthetic consistency in all content. Assist in model/client shoots by providing makeup, styling, and camera-ready looks. Greet and attend clients professionally, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience. Conduct consultations to understand client preferences, skin type, and occasion needs. Deliver makeup services as per brand standards while maintaining hygiene and product sanitation. Manage the front desk by welcoming walk-ins and coordinating client flow efficiently. Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up calls/messages. Maintain an appointment log to avoid overlaps and ensure smooth daily operations. Attend client inquiries over calls, WhatsApp, or in person and provide accurate service information. Coordinate with the team to ensure timely service delivery and proper client management. Represent the brand through polished appearance, communication, and behavior. Stay updated with new makeup trends, products, and techniques. Support marketing or sales activities such as promotions, live demos, and events. Keep the workstation and reception area organized, clean, and visually appealing.
