We are looking for an experienced and passionate

Nail & Makeup Faculty

to join our academy. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to train students with creativity, patience, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Help in creating course content, visual materials, and training manuals. Conduct practical and theory classes for nail art and makeup students. Demonstrate latest makeup and nail techniques and trends. Guide students during practice sessions and evaluate their performance. Maintain class discipline and ensure a positive learning environment. Coordinate with the academic team for workshops and student assessments.

Requirements:

Diploma / Certification in Makeup & Nail Art from a recognized institute. Minimum

2-5 years

of teaching or professional salon experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Passionate about mentoring and upskilling students. Pleasant personality and team-oriented approach. Demonstrate latest makeup and nail techniques and trends. Guide students during practice sessions and evaluate their performance. Maintain class discipline and ensure a positive learning environment. Coordinate with the academic team for workshops and student assessments. Help in creating course content, visual materials, and training manuals.
