We are seeking a skilled Maker specializing in Accounts Payable with knowledge of Indian Accounting practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling invoicing, Vlookup, Hlookup, Excel tasks, PO Generation, and vendor reconciliation processes. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities
Process invoices accurately and efficiently
Utilize Vlookup and Hlookup functions in Excel for data analysis
Generate purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies
Conduct vendor reconciliations to resolve discrepancies
Assist in month-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable operations
Proficient in using Excel for financial analysis and reporting
Familiarity with Indian Accounting standards and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
