Job Title: Makeover Artist (Retail Store)

Job Summary:

The Makeover Artist provides professional makeup services and beauty consultations to customers, enhancing their appearance and boosting their confidence. This role involves product demonstrations, skin analysis, and makeup application tailored to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized beauty consultations and full-face makeovers. Demonstrate and apply makeup techniques suited to various face shapes, skin tones, and occasions. Recommend appropriate skincare and beauty products based on individual client needs. Maintain a hygienic and organized work station and ensure all tools are sanitized regularly. Stay updated with current beauty trends, makeup techniques, and new product launches. Assist in achieving monthly sales targets through product recommendations and upselling. Educate customers on proper product usage and aftercare. Maintain client records and build relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a makeup artist in retail, salon. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products. Passion for beauty and customer service.
