We are looking to hire the team for

Make Up/Hair/Skin & Beauty Industry).

A Beauty Expert's JD involves client consultation, skin beauty analysis, personalized treatment plans (facials, peels, waxing, makeup), product recommendations (skincare & cosmetics), performing aesthetic procedures, maintaining hygiene, achieving sales goals, and staying updated on trends to help clients achieve healthy, glowing skin. They educate clients on proper care, build relationships, and ensure a great customer experience in spas, clinics, or retail settings. Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation:

Greet clients, ask questions to understand needs/concerns (lifestyle, skin type, goals).

Skin Analysis:

Examine skin condition using tools (magnifying lamps) to assess issues and recommend treatments.

Treatment Delivery:

Perform facials, peels, masks, microdermabrasion, waxing, laser hair removal, and makeup application.

Product Recommendation:

Suggest appropriate skincare products (cleansers, moisturizers, serums) and makeup, explaining benefits and usage.

Education:

Teach clients proper skincare routines, product application, and techniques for at-home care.

Sales & Upselling:

Meet sales targets by cross-promoting services/products and educating on exclusive offers.

Hygiene & Maintenance:

Sterilize equipment, keep workstations clean, and manage inventory.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate client records, preferences, and treatment histories
