About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Make Up Artist cum Salon Manager (Female) to oversee the daily operations of our salon.

The ideal candidate should possess both creative makeup artistry skills and strong leadership & management abilities to ensure smooth functioning of the salon and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise all salon staff including hairstylists, beauticians, and receptionists. Plan staff schedules and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Maintain salon hygiene, cleanliness, and organization at all times. Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain clients. Manage inventory and place orders for salon supplies. Handle client inquiries and complaints with professionalism. Maintain accurate financial and operational records. Stay updated on latest beauty and salon trends. Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions. Create a positive, motivated, and collaborative work environment.

Requirements & Skills

Minimum High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred). At least 3 years of experience in a salon management or similar leadership role. Proven expertise in makeup artistry and beauty services. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and salon management software. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
