Beauty Merlin Training Academy is looking a Makeup Artist Trainer for our South Extension Branch

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:

Creating and updating training materials and programs to ensure they are comprehensive and relevant.

Instruction and Demonstration:

Teaching various makeup techniques, including foundation application, eye makeup, and contouring, while demonstrating proper tools and techniques.

Assessment and Feedback:

Evaluating trainee skills and knowledge, providing constructive feedback, and monitoring their progress throughout the training period.

Skincare Education:

Teaching students about different skin types, skincare routines, and the importance of healthy skin for optimal makeup application.

Industry Updates:

Staying current with the latest makeup trends, products, and techniques to ensure the training is up-to-date.

Client Communication:

Helping students learn how to communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized makeup looks.

Required Skills:

Expert Makeup Skills:

A strong foundation of makeup artistry, including advanced techniques and knowledge of various products.

Teaching and Communication Skills:

The ability to effectively communicate complex information, provide clear instructions, and create a positive learning environment.

Knowledge of Skincare:

Understanding different skin types, skincare products, and the impact of skin health on makeup application.

Interpersonal Skills:

The ability to interact with trainees, build rapport, and create a supportive learning environment.

Organization and Time Management:

The ability to organize training materials, manage class schedules, and effectively deliver content.

Experienced :

At least 3-5 years experience of Makup Artist and as Trainer.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
