Urgent hiring Maintenance-Store Executive at reputed Multispeciality Hospital in Pune.

Qualifying Criteria :

Should have BE-Electric/ Mechanical Degree. Must have relevant 2+ years working experience in Multispeciality Hospital/ Pharma Company/ Manufacturing Company/ Big Hotels etc.

Inventory Management:

Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance supplies and equipment. should be able to manage Stock of Maintenance Department. Should have 1+ years experience in handling GRN-Goods Received Note. Monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages and overstocking. Using electronic inventory management systems or manual record-keeping methods.

Supply Distribution:

Fulfilling requisition orders from maintenance staff. Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of supplies to different departments.

Storage and Organization:

Maintaining a clean, organized, and secure storage area. Ensuring proper storage conditions for different types of supplies.

Compliance and Quality:

Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and quality standards. Inspecting supplies for damage or expiration dates.

Coordination and Communication:

Liaising with suppliers and contractors. Communicating with maintenance staff to address any issues or concerns.

Other Duties:

Assisting with the maintenance of equipment and facilities. Performing routine tasks such as cleaning and organizing the storeroom etc.
# Salary : Rs.20,000/- to Rs.30,000/- (Subject to Qualifications, Experience & Current Salary).

# Notice Period : Immediate/ max 30 Days.
