. The candidate should ensure reliable operation of equipment with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Preventive and breakdown maintenance of test rigs and test benches
Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Calibration and basic servicing of sensors, transmitters, and instruments
Reading and understanding technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals
Coordination with design and engineering teams during testing activities
Maintaining maintenance logs and service records
Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with industrial test rigs or automation setups
Knowledge of motors, pumps, valves, pressure systems, and basic PLC panels
Ability to diagnose faults and perform quick repairs
Familiarity with tools, measuring instruments, and test equipment
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):
Experience in aerospace, defense, or industrial testing environments
Exposure to PLCs, sensors, and data acquisition systems
Basic understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics
