Job Summary:

Colorplast is hiring an experienced

Maintenance Engineer/Technician

to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of

printing machines

(Heidelberg CD102, CD74, Feeder, etc.) and

air-conditioning systems

. The role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on experience, and the ability to minimize downtime by ensuring smooth machine and utility operations.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of

printing machinery

(Heidelberg CD102, CD74, Feeder, etc.). Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues. Maintain and repair

AC systems

used in production areas. Ensure timely availability and smooth functioning of all equipment. Maintain maintenance logs and documentation. Coordinate with production teams to ensure minimal downtime. Follow all safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

ITI/Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.

5-10 years of experience

in maintenance of printing machinery, preferably in the

printing & packaging industry

. Knowledge of AC system repair & maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.
