Job Description

Maintenance and repair:

Conduct regular preventative maintenance, clean machines, and troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve issues with control systems, PLCs, servomotors, and other components.

Installation and setup:

Assist with the installation and configuration of new CNC machines.

Record-keeping:

Maintain detailed logs of all service, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Safety compliance:

Ensure all work is done in accordance with safety regulations and standards.

Quality control:

Perform quality checks on machine components and ensure the machine is calibrated correctly.

Technical support and training:

Provide technical support to operators and sometimes train them on machine operation and maintenance.

Collaboration:

Work with other engineers and team members to solve complex problems.
