Key Responsibilities

Handle

complete maintenance operations independently

during the shift. Induction furnaces, Moulding machines, Sand plant equipment, Compressors Material handling systems Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and perform timely repairs. Monitor machinery performance and take corrective action to avoid downtime. Ensure

shift documentation

, including maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and daily activity updates. Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth operation. Follow all

safety standards

and ensure safe work practices. Support continuous improvement activities in the maintenance department.

Requirements:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.

2-5 years' experience

in maintenance within a foundry or heavy manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical components. Ability to handle breakdowns independently. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in
