Job Description

01.Maintenance Works:

Electrical daily inspection of panel board, DB box in all floor & basement area, this will be daily routine work. DG A check will be done every day. All floors & patients room rounding. Checking plumbing fixtures & electric issues, if found any issues, issues will be rectified soon as possible. BESCOM, DG, BWSSB water meter reading taking. Heat pump inspection done in daily routine & making sure all patients room has hot water. Daily rounds done in waste management area, which is general waste, bio waste, food water, etc Kitchen area & washing area, clothes washing area round will be done. Drinking water TDS level checking will be done every week & pre filters will be changed every month once. Wheel chair inspection done in daily routine work, & if any issues found, will be rectified immediately & in case any spare parts needed, will be purchased from KR market & issues will be rectified. General area cleaning follow up will be done with housekeeping team Shifting of things like cupboard, hospital equipment, etc will be done. Oxygen cylinder & central line inspection will be done Plants & pots maintenance & purchase done. All center's bills like BESCOM, water bill, PG documents, collecting & handover to office & accounts. AMC equipment like AC, Lift, DG, Water filter monthly once periodical service and break down service coordinate with vendor and get it done. Normal equipment repair and service, like water motor, Fan, kitchen equipment's, Gas stove, mixy, grinder, induction, microwave oven, exhaust, fridge, water automatic system, pesto flash. Asset inventory and labelling.

02. Bio Medical:

Biomedical waste management follow up and biomedical instruments like autoclave machine coil replacement, oxygen concentrator and suction machine motor repair. Patients' cot side railings and hydraulic issues, welding works follow up with vendors, cot wheels replacements

03. Pest control:

Daily rounds done for patients' room for bedbugs' inspection, if found bedbugs first stage action taken like using steamer machine, and inform to pest control vendor, and also PG Visiting done regarding pest issues, and every 15 days pest control will be done in PG, and every week pest control follow up and work will be done

04. House keeping:

General area Cleaning follow up, general waste clearing coordinate with BBMP and bio medical waste clearing follow up with Maridi team and housekeeping team

05. Purchasing:

Purchasing of Materials for Electrical, plumbing, IT, wheel chair spares and painting, carpentry from local Shop and KR Market, all centres Diesel purchase done for Genset Purpose

06. P.G:

Electrical and Plumbing works, Cot Shifting and Cot Fixing, pest control work, Beds Purchase, painting follow up, weekly once visiting done and BESCOM bills, BWSSB bills collecting and handover to accounts

07. Vendor:

Genset, Lift, AC, water purifier vendor management. BBMP waste, Biomedical waste, food waste follow up work Coordinating with Civil, painting, carpentry worker and get it done work.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
