A Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and repair of equipment, facilities, and property structures. They perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure systems and equipment operate efficiently. Their duties can include everything from plumbing and electrical work to HVAC maintenance and landscaping. Key Responsibilities: Preventative Maintenance: Performing regular checks and maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal functionality. Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues and repairing or replacing faulty parts. Facility Upkeep: Ensuring the building's interior and exterior are well-maintained, including landscaping, painting, and minor construction tasks. Safety and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities. Emergency Response: Responding to urgent maintenance requests and providing on-call support when needed.
